Injuring this character: As Tatsumi is a shinigami, his body does have regenerative properties--so yes, but please bear this information in mind.
Killing this character: Again going back to the shinigami's regeneration--in canon, Hisoka and Tsuzuki both have been subject to some fatal wounds (such as being hacked apart with a butcher's knife, getting sliced open at the neck with a knife) and regenerate quickly. Technically, shinigami are suspended between life and death and in canon only one thing is known to kill a shinigami--super-heated black flames from a serpent god. Always welcome to try, though!
